Us Weekly's exclusive sneak peek at the Lifetime unscripted series' much-delayed episode shows Stodden, 21, telling therapist Dr. Debbie Magids that it doesn't feel like she and her mom have made a lot of progress.

"I'm just hoping we're not going to be worse off than before we got here," Stodden says of her mom, 56. "But I'm just concerned that I'm never going to be able to feel that complete trust with my mother ever again."

Stodden and Keller have been at odds throughout the season, particularlyover Keller's complicated emotions for Lost alum Hutchison, who tied the knot with Stodden in 2011 when she was just 16. Us exclusively revealed in May that Stodden and Hutchison, 56, are expecting their first child together.

Keller laments in the clip that she keeps "getting beat up over and over and over again" by her daughter. Magids then fires back with, "I think you're underestimating the betrayal that she feels. You have to accept that you were a mother who fell in love with her daughter's husband.
